Bringing over 30 years of restaurant experience to the table, Chef Luis has been educating and inspiring our staff while exceeding guests expectations since our opening in May 2007. From humble beginnings working in his mother’s kitchen in Mexico, moving his way up and running several exceptional restaurant kitchens in California, we could not be more happy to have him on our team here in Boise.
