Welcome to Chandlers, Boise’s premier downtown steakhouse since 1994. We offer over a dozen selections of hand-cut and trimmed steaks ranging from corn-fed Midwest prime to Northwest American; Japanese A5 wagyu to organic grass-fed beef.

Seafood in Boise doesn’t get any fresher with deliveries from Alaska and Hawaii several times a week and premium shellfish, including multiple varieties of oysters.

Vegetarian and vegan options along with a three-course prix fixe dinner option, including prime rib on Sundays, round out our extensive menu.

Find us in the Hotel 43 in beautiful downtown Boise at 981 West Grove Street. And make sure to utilize the complimentary valet service in the breezeway right outside our front door! Enter off 10th Street to utilize this service, please.

The Lounge

Join us for a hand-crafted cocktail and a wide array of smaller plates in the lounge. Or try one of our famous Ten-Minute Martinis, created by Boise legend, Pat Carden, and winner of the Best Classic Martini in the Martini Mix-Off. If you’re a martini lover, this is a must-try! The full dinner menu is also available in the bar after 5 pm.

We set the [wine] bar high in Boise with a wine list that features over 700 selections and more than two dozen wines-by-the-glass. Wine Spectator magazine has recognized us for our wine list every year since opening in 1999, earning the Best Award of Excellence since 2014.

We’re the only spot in town where you can listen to live jazz seven nights a week by performers with long, accomplished careers who, lucky for us, now call Boise home. Every week we feature artists and entertainers handpicked by our musical director and renowned musician, Mike Rosenthal.

Chandlers is the recipient of multiple other awards, including the DiRona award, which recognizes distinguished restaurants of North America. We’re also Boise’s only Forbes Travel Guide Recommended Restaurant!

Dress Code

To enhance the experience of all our guestswe ask that you please respect our standards.

Business attire and upscale casual attire is preferred.

Men: Tank tops and athletic wear are not acceptable. Hats/caps are not allowed in the dining room.

Women: Dresses, skirts, or designer jeans with stylish tops are best. Athletic wear, yoga pants or revealing tops are not suitable.
