Founded by veteran restaurateur Rex Chandler, Chandlers reflects decades of fine dining expertise cultivated in premier destinations from Newport Beach to Honolulu to Sun Valley, and now Boise. This commitment to quality is validated by the most respected names in the industry, serving as a testament to the uncompromising standards you can expect at every table.
In 2025, that legacy was recognized at the highest level. Rex Chandler was inducted into the DiRōNA Hall of Fame, an honor reserved for restaurateurs who have shaped the dining industry over decades and given back to their communities along the way. Rex now stands among an elite group of fewer than 100 honorees nationwide, the rarest distinction in American fine dining.

Our beef program begins where most steakhouses stop. Thirteen custom hand-cut steaks, opening with USDA Prime Northwest corn-fed beef from True West Agri Beef and ascending through Snake River American Gold Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and certified A5 Japanese Wagyu. Every cut is aged a minimum of 30 days for exceptional tenderness and depth of flavor.
Our partnership with True West Agri Beef brings consistency and full traceability to our Prime selections, honoring a ranch-to-table commitment that runs from pasture to plate.

This jet-fresh approach allows our guests to enjoy delicacies that arrive in Idaho just hours after leaving the sea.
