Located in downtown Boise Idaho at the new Hotel 43, Chandlers is an upscale dinner house specializing in prime corn fed steaks and Kobe-Style Beef. An incredible fresh seafood menu featuring delicacies from around the world and a three course prix fixe dinner menu featuring Idaho-sourced ingredients round out a menu that has already won praise from guests that have dined at Chandlers, not to mention the Best Steakhouse Award from the Idaho Statesman’s Best of the Treasure Valley.
Rex Chandler, veteran award winning restaurateur whose restaurants in Hawaii, California, and Sun Valley, Idaho, have provided a long history of fine dining experiences for Idahoans, brings his latest creation to the Treasure Valley.

There’s live music 7 night a weeks from a variety of amazing performers. Our musicians are hand-picked by our musical director, and renowned musician, Chuck Smith. The wine list features 650 selections, over twenty wines offered by the glass and received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator every year since 2008, and the Best of Award of Excellence since 2013.
Chandlers is open 7 nights a week for dinner starting at 5:30 P.M. Our Martini Bar opens daily at 4:00 P.M. for cocktails, light appetizers and live jazz entertainment. We now feature a Social Hour, Monday – Friday from 4-6 PM for our “after work” crowd looking for a quick bite, a great cocktail and a reasonable price, featuring stand-alone favorites in our new exclusive Social hour menus. Don’t forget about Prime Rib Sundays featuring slow roasted prime rib on our special Sunday prix fixe menu.
