Every wine event at Chandlers opens with a Champagne reception, where passed hors d’oeuvres and the first pour of the evening invite your guests to settle in and connect.

Our winemaker dinners are a true collaboration between kitchen and cellar. Each course is built in conversation with the wine, guided by our chef and wine team alongside the evening’s guest vintner, resulting in a multi-course experience where every plate earns its pairing.

Our wine classes take a more intimate approach, led by our sommelier team through a curated selection of wines paired with artisanal bites chosen to illuminate what is in the glass.

Wine Class Series: Martin Woods

Evan Martin has spent years quietly creating something extraordinary in the Willamette Valley. 

On Saturday, August 22, Evan Martin, Proprietor and Winemaker of Martin Woods brings his celerated portfolio to Chandlers for an intimate guided wine presentation. Evan will lead guests through a diverse selection of truly authentic Oregonian offerings that have earned him recognition from Decanter, Jeb Dunnuck, Vinous, and the Wall Street Journal. His 2023 Jessie James Pinot Noir earned 98 points from both the International Wine Report and Jeb Dunnuck, who named it among the Top 100 Wines in the World. His 2022 Syrah from The Rocks District ranked in Decanter’s Top 50 Wines of 2022.

Executive Chef Manny Martinez has designed each bite to pull something new out of every glass.
