Chandlers Winemaker Dinners

On a quarterly basis, we offer a public event to interested wine and food pairing guests who want to experience an evening of distinctive knowledge, education and delightful offerings. Our vintner selection varies from all varietals and regions and usually includes the winemakers, distributors and sometimes estate owners, depending on the location.

We typically start with a bubbly reception in our Vintage Room, welcoming our guests with passed hors d’oeurves and conversation, then advance to our State Room for a formal fine dining experience with casual presentations by our guest vintner. Chef Luis and our Sommelier create a four to five course meal complimenting the array of wines selected for the evening.

You are invited to a special evening of conversation and wine with Brennon Leighton, Director of Winemaking and Viticulture Wines for all Charles Smith brands, including Wines of Substance. Leighton is considered to be one of the best winemakers in the state of Washington by wine critics and connoisseurs alike.

A special five-course menu created specifically to highlight the wines of this Walla Walla producer will be served.

Cost is $189 per person ($150 + tax & gratuity)
