Dress Code
To enhance the experience of all our guests we ask that you please respect our standards.
Business attire and upscale casual attire is preferred.
Men: Tank tops and athletic wear are not acceptable. Hats/caps not allowed in the dining room.
Women: Dresses, skirts, or designer jeans with stylish tops are best. Athletic wear, yoga pants or revealing tops not suitable.
Dining Room Etiquette
Chandlers welcomes polite and well-behaved ladies and gentlemen of all ages.
In order to provide and maintain a first-class experience for all our guests, we ask that young children are mindfully attended by their parents and conduct themselves in a manner befitting a fine dining restaurant. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. High chairs, booster seats, and coloring supplies are available upon request.
Service Animals
The Americans with Disabilities Act allows public accommodation of only registered service animals in restaurants. This excludes emotional support animals. In the State of Idaho, all service animals must remain on the floor under your feet while dining. They may not be on any furnishings in the establishment.
Service animals may be excluded from our premises if they are not housebroken, or if acting aggressively, barking, or snapping at other customers. If the owner does not comply with these policies, staff may require the animal to be removed from the premises. We do not charge to accommodate service animals; however the animal’s owner/handler is responsible for any damages to the furnishings of the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
