Boise—From the moment I arrived at Chandlers Steakhouse, I began to understand why everyone has been raving about Boise’s hot, new prime steakhouse and martini bar.
Upon entering, I was welcomed by two smiling, stylish hostesses, one of whom escorted us to our table past a glowing wall of artfully displayed liquors. My date and I were seated at a slightly elevated, plush booth set with crisp, white linens and fine wine goblets. From our perch, we could peer out over the dining room at the adjoining lounge, the outdoor patio, and the city streets. The decor is contemporary with timeless, clean lines accented by mood-evoking, sensual blue lighting emitting from the wine cases and the martini bar’s glass display. The comfortable booths, elegant lighting, and exotic flora set a mood of casual sophistication.
