We typically start with a bubbly reception in our Vintage Room, welcoming our guests with passed hors d’oeurves and conversation, then advance to the State Room for a formal fine dining experience with casual presentations by our guest vintner. Our chef and wine team collaborate to create a multi-course meal complementing the array of wines selected for the evening.
