    Appleton Estate Rum, Orgeat, with lime, orange and pineapple juices. Shaken and served on ice in a pilsner glass with a Myers’s rum float
    and an orange-cherry flag.

    Leblon Cachaça (Brazilian aguardente de cana), half a lime muddled with the Cachaça and sugar, shaken with ice and served in a double old fashioned glass.

  • OAXACAN CAMPFIRE

    This smoky cocktail is made with Vida Mezcal, Aperol, agave and lime juice, served up in a martini coupe with a twist of lemon.

  • JALISCO OLD FASHIONED

    Roca Patrón Reposado and Angostura bitters, muddled with a sugar cube, an orange slice, a Bada Bing cherry and a dash of water. Served in a bucket over a large cube of ice.
